Visit Wedding Connection Members on Sunday, October 19, 2008

Visit Wedding Connection members at the upcoming Bridal Spectacular on Sunday, October 19, 2008. The Bridal Spectacular is from 12pm-5pm at the Allen County War Memorial Coliseum - Expo Hall #3. Tickets are $5.50 per person.

 

Enjoy the fast-paced, professional fashion shows at 1:30pm and 3:30pm. Hottest styles and trends will be presented by the Wedding Place and Shoe of a Different Color. Other Wedding Connection members supporting this always entertaining fashion show are One of a Kind Events and Megasound.

Mark Your Calendar for September 19th - Knot Your Ordinary Bridal Show

Brides and grooms - mark your calendars the 3rd Knot Your Ordinary Bridal Show. This show is presented by the Wedding Connection, Majic 95.1, and Fort Wayne Newspapers. When the doors open at 5:30pm on Friday, September 19, 2008 brides will be able to talk one-on-one with wedding professionals. Why search all over town when you can make one stop to talk to wedding experts about photographs, formal attire, video, cakes, music, and much more. The show runs until 9pm.

The tickets are only $6 per persons and available at the door. Parking is free when your visit the show at Ceruti’s at 6601 Innovation. That is only one mile from Lima Road on Ludwig and Innovation. Be sure check your watch as at 8pm you will be able to experience a New York style runway show. Formal attire is presented by the Wedding Connection and Shoe of a Different Color. Check our the newest in floral designs on the runway with One of a Kind Events, and MC is provided by Megasound.

Father of the Bride photo contest deadline approaches

KISS Wedding and Event Planning, Inc. wants to remind brides that the July 31st deadline for entry is fast approaching.

Kiss Wedding & Event Planning Inc. is hosting the first “Father of the Bride: Most Tender Moment Photo Contest.”

No entry fee.

Brides whose weddings took place between Nov. 17, 2007, and June 30 are eligible.
Photos must have been taken the day of the wedding and include the bride in her wedding gown.

All photos must be received by July 31.
The grand prize will include a photo shoot of the father/daughter duo and a floral arrangement. More prizes will be announced.

Wedding Vendors-early registration deadline

The early registration deadline for the “Knot Your Ordinary Bridal Show” booth rate is right around the corner. Wedding professionals interested in booth space for the September 19, 2008 show will want to take advantage of the early discount fee deadline of July 18, 2008. The completed registration form and payment in full may be mailed to the Wedding Connection at:

Once the payment and registration are received, the Committee will email a receipt acknowledgement to each vendor.
