Wouldn’t it be wonderful to have all of your wedding vendor business cards in one easy to get to location? Just think about never forgetting where you put your florist’s phone number or your DJ’s email address. One location for all the gift cards received as well as gift receipts would be very helpful as well.
Well, now you can with the “Card Cubby.” This new, handy, and stylish organizational tool is now available at the Monogram Shoppe. This chic accessory is a great way for brides to keep their color swatches, vendor business cards, and other much needed wedding information in convenient location. The “Card Cubby” would be a helpful item for bridesmaids and mothers as well.
Check out the new “Card Cubby” at the Monogram Shoppe during regular business hours or at the upcoming Bridal Extravaganza on Sunday, February 22, 2009.
Wedding Day Magazine Features Fort Wayne Wedding Connection Bride

Three Wedding Connection members (along with other local wedding professionals) helped bride Melanie Cismowski and groom Douglas McGregor create an elegant wedding on May 24, 2008. Melanie and Douglas’ wedding was one of the couples featured in the Winter 2009 edition of Wedding Day Magazine. The couple worked with the Monogram Shoppe on their invitations and held their reception at Orchard Ridge Country Club. Linda Maggert AIFD (of One of a Kind Events) took care of the couples flowers as well a being their wedding coordinator.
Check out Melanie and Douglas’ story and additional photos online:
Melanie chose the vintage inspired “Rhianna Royale” gown by Maggie Sottero topped with a mantilla style fingertip veil to complete the picture perfect look. Although blue is her favorite color (it matches her eyes), she chose to stay with rich fabrics and colors for the bridal party attire and accented with flowers of the blue and ivory with a touch of yellow for fun and contrast. Details like a bagpiper playing as they exited and an old fashioned trolley to take the wedding party from church to reception added just the right touch to the ceremony.
